'Hi Bennet,

It is not possible to directly remove the WAN Miniport drivers. The indirect way is this

1) Richt click the Miniport with the yellow exclamation mark

2) Update the the driver, and select Browse my computer..

3) On the next screen select Let me pick..

4) remove the check mark on Show compatible hardware, from the list than select something that can be removed for instance Microsoft -> Generic Mobile Broadband Adaptor. and click next.

This will replace the driver for the faulty device which than can be removed by the steps described by Bennet Martin,'

i reached upto step 4 and cliked on the microsoft as instructed and clicked next

but then following pop up occurred
